Five-year project for the New York State DOT to construct an outboard detour roadway bridge and floating fender system and the rehabilitation of a portion FDR Drive in Manhattan, New York. Also, included the demolition and removal of the detour bridge and fender system at conclusion of the rehabilitiation.
