Responsibilities
Training at job sites and aboard vessels, as well as development and implementation of safety programs.
Incident and root cause analysis and safety audits.
4 year college degree in Safety, Environmental or Sciences.
5 years experience developing and implementing safety and health programs may be subsitituted for degree.
&149; OSHA 30 hour certification or equivalent and OSHA 500 certification desired.
Comprehensive knowledge of Federal safety regulations (OSHA, USCG, USACE). CSP, FA/CPR instructor and maritime experience a definite plus.
Computer literate with good knowledge of Word and Excel a plus.
Able to lift 35+ lbs. and scale large heights.
Able to travel extensively; valid Driver's License necessary.
