Project Manager
Qualified applicants will possess a BS degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). Requires a minimum of ten years experience in their respective positions in heavy civil construction, marine construction experience a definite plus. Must be computer literate, with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat and WebCM experience highly desirable.
Superintendent

QC Manager/Assistant Manager
Requires a minimum of a 4 year accredited degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction or Building Science, with a minimum of 10 years experience as a QC Manager, Project or Construction Manager, Project Engineer or Construction Superintendent on large ($25M +) marine or concrete construction projects, with at least 5 years experience as a QC Manager. Must be computer literate, with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat and WebCM experience highly desirable.
Project Engineer
Requires a minimum of a 4 year accredited degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical concentration preferred) with a minimum of 10 years experience as a Project or Construction Manager, Project / Field Engineer or Construction Superintendent on large ($25M +) marine or concrete construction projects. Professional License highly desirable but not required. Must be computer literate, with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Primavera P3e/c, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat and WebCM experience highly desirable.
Project Controls Engineer
4 year accredited degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction or Building Science highly desirable, although other educational backgrounds will be considered. Minimum of 4 years experience in project scheduling, as well as 2 years experience with job cost tracking and reporting is required. Large project ($25M+) experience highly desirable. Computer literacy required, with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), J.D. Edwards and Primavera P3 software experience highly desirable.
Office/Field Engineer
4 year accredited degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction or Building Science required. Minimum of 2 years construction engineering experience highly desirable but not required. Must be self motivated and enjoy technical challenges. These are entry and mid-level positions that can lead to rapid advancement depending upon the applicant’s qualifications. Must enjoy working outside and excellent communication skills are required. Must be computer literate, with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), CAD software and Adobe Acrobat experience highly desirable. U.S. citizenship is preferred but not required.
QC Assistant
2 or 4 year accredited degree in Engineering technology or Construction Management Technology preferred but other educational backgrounds and experience will be considered. Applicant will assist QC Manager with document management, submittal reviews, record keeping and inspection. Must be computer literate, with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and Adobe Acrobat experience highly desirable.
Site Safety and Health Officer
A minimum of 10 years safety work of a progressive nature with at least 5 years of experience on marine or concrete construction projects. Shipyard experience is highly desirable. Must have OSHA 30 hour certification or equivalent within the past 5 years. Must have verifiable formal safety training of at least 24 hours duration in each of the past 5 years with training for competent person status in at least the following six areas of competency:
1. Excavation
2. Scaffolding
3. Fall Protection
4. Confined Space
5. Health Hazard Recognition, Evaluation and Control of Chemical, Physical and Biological Agents
6. PPE Selection, Use and Maintenance.
Must have excellent communication skills. OSHA 500 certification and an advanced degree in occupational health and safety is highly desirable. Must be computer literate, with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and Adobe Acrobat experience highly desirable.
Assistant Site Safety and Health Officer

3D CAD Engineer
4 year degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Computer Aided Drafting and Design highly desirable, although a 2 year degree may be acceptable depending upon work experience and qualifications. Candidate will be responsible to create, maintain and revise 3D computer models in AutoCAD, Solidworks and/or Tekla Structures in support of ongoing construction projects. Some 2D drafting will also be required. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, enjoy solving technical challenges and have outstanding communication, mathematical and spatial visualization skills. Must be very computer literate, with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), AutoCAD, Solidworks, Tekla Structures and Adobe Acrobat experience highly desirable.
Surveyors/Layout
Requires 3+ years surveying/layout experience, with “hands on” use of Total Stations and Data Collectors essential. An advanced engineering degree and experience with AutoCAD and GPS desirable but not required.

ALL positions require the ability to perform frequent heavy lifting/carrying and the ability to work in all weather conditions on land, piers, scaffolding, boats, and barges.
